The prestigious neoclassical villa immersed in a large secular park, originally built in 1882 as “Pension Villa Guntschna” and later becoming temporary residence of the director Luis Trenker, has been restored and furnished in different chronological phases. The philological restoration, renovation and furnishings are orchestrated on the theme of maximum protection of the existing neoclassical styles of the Villa subjected to monumental and landscape constraints, and a harmonious fusion of the existing architectural elements with the new materials and colours.
