Villa in Opicina – Trieste

The work on the Villa aimed at the aesthetic improvement of the facade, reorganisation of the internal spaces and the redevelopment of the external spaces given the modest compositional value of the existing villa. As the property is located in a large green area with garage, the garden is to be landscaped in order to blend the green space with the surrounding landscape. In order to protect the environment, the work is focused on the harmonious inclusion of the new green area that does not disturb the balance between man and nature or between the built environment and the landscape. Nature becomes a scenographic factor that must penetrate inside the building. This fluid interchange between interior and exterior can be seen in the plan.
