This 1960s residential building, fascinating for its experimental and evolved architectural elements for the period in which it was built, has been entirely renovated and furnished, with the surrounding green areas restored. As the building falls within a conservation area that does not allow any changes to the façade, the project focused on the redistribution of the interior spaces and on a careful interior design with custom-made furniture, fine finishes and refined accessories specially created.
All the outdoor spaces belonging to the property were also redesigned. The design of the garden reflects the style of the residence, classic and linear, and is reflected in the design of the terraced green areas behind the villa with wonderful Mediterranean perennials. At the back of the villa, large lawn terraces are bordered by natural stone walls that are illuminated by suggestive light effects at night.
