During the conservative restructuring that affected the upper floors of the building used as a dwelling and for trade abandoned long ago, internal restoration and renovation works were carried out using dry construction. The architectural work was aimed at preserving all the elements with particular historical-artistic and architectural value, as well as the protection and preservation of the landscape of the roofs of the historic centre of Bolzano.
