Project for the construction of an exclusive residential tourist village in Altanea – Caorle on a large coastal area of approx. 10,000 m². The new residential building under construction includes 190 residential units, including villas and flats of high living standards with modern lines (large windows and glass parapets, metal pergolas, sunshades, use of innovative materials and techniques) but with references to local architecture that blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape.
The project also includes the study of interior furnishings with fine finishes and the design of the green spaces with particular care in the choice of autochthonous essences. Adjacent to the beach, a large green area equipped with swimming pools and children’s playgrounds is an important recreational area of the village. From the outset, the design concept for the project focused on the need to preserve the beauty of the site and maintain its environmental characteristics.
